In addition to RCASLPNB’s governing documents, registrants must comply with provincial laws that apply to the practice of audiology and speech-language pathology in New Brunswick. These Acts are enforced by the Government of New Brunswick:

Note: RCASLPNB is responsible for enforcing its own Act, Bylaws, and Rules. Provincial legislation is enforced by the Government of New Brunswick and applies broadly to health professionals across the province.
