Application for Student Membership
Student membership is no longer required for students completing clinical placements in New Brunswick.
Students who are residents of New Brunswick and/or who wish to practice in New Brunswick after graduation may, however, find it beneficial to become members of NBASLPA. Members receive copies of the Association newsletter, emails relevant to practice in New Brunswick and access to information about employment opportunities in the province. Student membership provides an opportunity to become connected to the issues and members of the professions in New Brunswick.
Applicants for student membership must submit a completed student membership application form and proof of enrollment in a recognized speech-language pathology or audiology training program. Proof may be a letter from the director of the program, a letter from the New Brunswick Clinical Education Coordinator, a university transcript at the Master’s level or other reasonable proof.
There is no fee for student membership.
