NBASLPA Communication Health Assistant Agreement*

*NBASLPA has adopted the title of Communication Health Assistant for supportive personnel.

All members of NBASLPA must complete and submit the Communication Health Assistant Agreement annually as part of the renewal process.  Failure to provide a completed and signed copy of this form by the membership renewal date will result in non-renewal of your licence to practice in New Brunswick in 2020 and your employer will be notified that you are no longer permitted to practice in New Brunswick.

Members supervising CHAs will be audited to ensure compliance with Rule 15.8

There is no fee for student membership.
